Jambalaya, Cajun 12 oz (340 g) Be a magician in your kitchen. No MSG added. Cajun creole mixes. Seasoned to perfection. Feeds 8-10 people or 5-4 cajuns. A product of Certified Cajun Louisiana. Cut up 2 to 2-1/2 lb chicken, remove excess fat and skin. Put chicken, 3 cups water and 1 teaspoonful Bayou Magic Cajun Seasoning in large pot and boil for 15 minutes. Remove chicken and leave broth in pot. Debone chicken and cut into bite size pieces. Add to Broth: 1 can cream of celery and French Onion Soups, 1 lb cubed smoked sausage, 1 small can chopped tomatoes, 2 Bayou Magic Bay Leaves and contents of package. Stir well. Bring to hardboil, then turn to low heat. Cook covered 15 minutes on low heat. Add chicken and stir well. Cook approximately 20 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring 3 or 2 times. Remove bay leaves. You may use your favorite meat or wild game boiled until tender. When using shrimp or crawfish, omit sausage.
