We may use your email address to communicate with you about CartHappy. You can unsubscribe from these emails by using the unsubscribe link in the emails.

If you use one of the forms on our CartHappy website, we will use the information you provide to respond back to you via email or telephone.

Anonymized and Aggregated Information

We may aggregate your personal data and purchase history information with data of other users of CartHappy in a way that makes it impossible to specifically identify you or any other users. When we do this, we create Aggregate Information and, because it cannot be used to identify you, we do not consider Aggregate Information to be your personal data.

We may use this Aggregate Information for our own purposes. These purposes may include improving CartHappy, determining trends among our users, and interacting with advertisers, among other things.

If you delete your account, we’ll retain your personal data for only as long as we need in order to provide CartHappy, or for other legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes, safety and security reasons, or complying with our legal obligations. How long we retain personal data will depend on a number of factors, such as:

  • Our purpose for processing the data, such as whether we need to retain the data to provide our services, complete transactions, or debug our systems.
  • The amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information.
  • The potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure.
  • Any legal requirements that we are subject to.

You can also contact us to remove your data when you delete your account.

We will keep Aggregate Information indefinitely.

If you send us a message through the CartHappy website, we may keep the contact information you provide to us for so long as we believe that we might need it in order to communicate with you.
