Preheat oven to 425°F.2. Arrange frozen chicken breasts on rimmed baking pan (line with foil for easy cleanup). Season as desired.3. Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. (Bake thawed chicken 40 to 45 minutes.)Stovetop 1. Preheat a large skillet over MEDIUM heat. Add 1 Tbsp. oil if desired.2. Arrange desired number of frozen chicken breasts in skillet. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.3. Turn chicken over, re-cover, and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until cooked through.For breading or marinating frozen chicken - Remove the protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute. For food safety, bake to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured with a food thermometer. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.
