These chicken breast tenderloins with rib meat are made from chicken raised with no antibiotics ever and no added hormones or steroids.** Whether you simply cook up and serve with a side of vegetables, or cook and shred for use in enchiladas, soups and more, you'll love how easy these boneless, skinless tenderloins make it to add delicious and satisfying protein to a variety of dishes.<br /><br />*Contains no artificial ingredients & only minimally processed.<br />**Federal Regulations prohibit the use of added hormones or steroids in chicken.<br /><br />Directions:<br />Chicken needs to be fully cooked.<br />Oven<br />1. Preheat oven to 375°F.<br />2. Arrange frozen chicken tenderloins on rimmed baking pan (line with foil for easy cleanup). Season as desired.<br />3. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. (Bake thawed chicken 18 to 22 minutes.)<br />Stovetop <br />1. Add desired amount of chicken tenderloins, 1 Tbsp. oil and 2 Tbsp. chicken broth or water to a large, cold skillet. <br />2. Cover and cook on MEDIUM-HIGH heat for 14 to 16 minutes or until cooked through, turning over occasionally. (Cook thawed chicken 8 to 10 minutes.) <br />For breading or marinating frozen chicken - Remove the protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute. <br />For food safety, bake to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured with a food thermometer. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.
