Amy’s dad, Andy, grew up loving spaghetti and meatballs. When he stopped eating meat, he missed the taste, the texture and—most of all—the way he could twirl the spaghetti around his fork. So our chefs set out to recreate that experience, the Amy’s way: authentic, delicious and completely meat-free. Our organic spaghetti is paired with hearty veggie meatballs made from organic lentils, quinoa and tofu, seasoned with traditional Italian herbs and spices. Topped with our slow-simmered tomato sauce, savory garlic and broccoli florets, it’s a comforting classic—without the meat. And best of all, Andy can twirl his spaghetti again!
