Heat electric griddle to 375°F or skillet over MEDIUM heat. Grease lightly with oil, if necessary. 2. Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk until batter is moistened and slightly lumpy; do not overmix. 3. Pour about ¼ cup batter onto hot griddle for each pancake. Cook about 1 ¼ minutes per side or until golden brown.Waffles 1. Heat lightly greased waffle iron. 2. Whisk together 2 cups mix, ¾ cup water, 1 egg and 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil until moistened and slightly lumpy. 3. Pour desired amount of batter onto iron. 4.
