COLUMBUS Sliced Peppered Salame is our Italian Dry rolled in just the right amount of freshly cracked black peppercorns to give it a spicy bite followed by the true flavor of our original Salame. It is carefully slow aged to perfect its taste. Can be eaten alone, in a sandwich, salad or used for charcuterie. Pairs well with sharp cheddar, provolone, pepper jack or mahon. Enjoy it with a glass of pinot noir, Barolo, amber beer or pilsner. Pair it with accoutrements like roasted red peppers, hummus, peppadews or Spanish olives for the ultimate charcuterie experience.
