One serving of whole grains is equivalent to 16 grams. DirectionsKeep frozen until ready to prepare.OVEN1. Preheat oven to 425°F. 2. Place frozen chicken nuggets in a single layer on baking sheet (line with parchment paper for easy cleanup).3. Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until heated through.4. Let stand 1 minute before serving. MICROWAVE Use when you’re in a hurry. Will be less crispy than baking. 1. Arrange 5 frozen chicken nuggets in a circle on microwave-safe plate. 2. Microwave uncovered on HIGH 60 to 65 seconds or until heated through. For each additional serving of 5 nuggets add about 40 seconds to cook time. 3. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Caution: Plate will be hot. AIR FRYER 1. Preheat air fryer to 360° F according to manufacturer’s instructions. 2. Arrange desired number of frozen chicken nuggets in a single layer in basket. 3. Air-fry for 7 minutes or until heated through. Appliances may vary; adjust accordingly.
