To completely sanitize your disc in between periods, boil it for 10 minutes on the stove (do not allow your disc to come in contact with the sides or bottom of the pot).STEP 2: GET READY TO INSERTTake a breath and relax! Get into a comfortable position—you can try sitting on the toilet, squatting with your legs open, or standing with one leg up.STEP 3: INSERT THE DISCInsert the pinched disc (notch side first) down and back towards your tailbone as far back as it will comfortably go.
