Microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes (For food safety and best quality, cook one bag at a time to a temperature of 160 degrees F. A special vent in the bag will allow the steam to escape and a whistling sound may be heard. 4. Let stand for 1 minute after cooking. 5.
