The descriptions Lemon Curd and Lemon Cheese mean the same thing. Tiptree Lemon Curd is made from fresh eggs (each individually broken with the yolk separated from the white) and dairy butter. We don't use artificial preservatives so our Lemon Curd has a shorter shelf life and needs to be refrigerated and eaten within three weeks of opening.
