Based on our family recipe, our bulgogi marinade is made with soy sauce, toasted sesame seeds, a touch of tart sweetness from apples and of course lots of garlic! The Mild version is not spicy and is traditionally used to make beef bulgogi and kalbi. We happen to love it on oven baked chicken thighs. Word on the street is kids love this stuff.
